PAYMENT

In general, the price is due when ordering.

Payment facilities are possible on the Seller’s proposal. If this is the case this is indicated in the specific description of the workshop/atelier or seminar and the Customer accepts definitively and irrevocably the particular applicable payment terms registered in the form (order form) of the workshop/atelier/seminar by his choice and with the sending of his order.

 

Payments will be accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, each through Stripe's service) or in exceptional cases and after consultation of the Seller (madelabs@madeprogram.it) by bank transfer. Please note that all bank charges are your responsibility along with any other related charges or fees.

 

When you use Stripe, your financial information is never communicated to the Seller.

The Customer’s account will be debited prior to the completion of the reserved services / products.

At the request of the Customer, he will be sent a paper invoice showing the VAT.

 

If you wish to have your VAT number on the invoice, please add this information to your details and send it with your registration form.

CANCELLATION

If a person wishes to cancel the registration, a written request must be sent via e-mail and submitted to madelabs@madeprogram.it.

50 € will be retained on every cancellation for processing costs.

A penalty fee of 100 € is applied (in addition to the 50 € fee) for every cancellation done less than one month prior to the starting date of the workshop.

For the “2 workshops package”, a penalty fee of 150 € is applied (in addition to the 50 € fee) for every cancellation done within one month prior to the starting date of the workshop.

No reimbursement will be made to participants cancelling less than 2 weeks prior to the starting date of the workshop.

Registered individuals have the option of naming a substitute to attend in his/her place.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

MADE Program reserves the right to make changes in the sequence and content of the workshop programme, as well as to replace the instructor in case of illness.

Should the course be cancelled by the organizer, the participation fees will be refunded. Additional costs in connection with travel arrangements will not be reimbursed.

INSURANCE

The participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance. MADE Program disclaims any liability for any damage to persons or property that may occur during the event. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

For all designs and works produced during the workshops at MADE LABS, MADE Program reserves the right to retain these objects and use them without limitation for educational purposes.

Should MADE Program intend to use commercially a design the designer is entitled to the customary royalties. Each designer is the owner of his design and has the rights to proceed with any further development and production of the project.

CREDITS

Rosario Gagliardi Fine Arts Academy is accredited by the Italian Ministry of University Education and Research (MIUR). Upon successful completion of each workshop (35 hours of classes), MADE Program will issue 3 ECTS credits that can be transferred at the option of each student’s home university.
