Horton Hears a Who!

On the 7th of July, in the city of Syracuse, Horton hears a speck of dust talking to him. He later discovers that the speck is actually a tiny planet, home to a community called Whoville, where microscopic creatures called Whos live.

Horton Hears a Who! is a book written and illustrated by Theodor Seuss Geisel under the pen name Dr. Seuss in 1954. “Throughout the book, Horton is trying to convince the Jungle of Nool city of Syracuse that ‘a person is a person, and no matter how small’, and that everyone should be treated equally.” Later, "Horton implores the people to make as much awful noises as they can, to prove their existence."

Based on this plot, we'll set a radio station to broadcast as much awful noises as we can our experiments to prove our existence as a community during 5 days. Broadcasting will be a way to make things public – as the Latin etymology pūblicō in publish-ing. Radio in the end would be a publication, a sequence of spaces and times, embedding speakers and receivers.
