INTERNATIONAL WATERS

Fraud, smuggling, corruption. Scandal, vice, delict. Perversion, blackmail, scam. 

According to Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek, "the space of an event is that which opens up by the gap that separates an effect from its causes" ⁽¹⁾. This will be the main principle of this workshop: we will set up a temporary working space where participants will explore the idea of limbo.
Radical freedom could only be achieved in a offshore context outside any possible national jurisdiction. Crime is welcome.
